From a brief article on dayoo.com: The premiere in Taipei was held tonight, was supposed to start at 7:00, but started 30 minutes late. As Li, CYF and Jay "walked the red carpet", the rain intensified. "Dozens of photojournalists" were there, along with "several hundred movie fans who, in spite of the rain, waited" and cheered for the stars.

Remember that it was raining. Her hair probably just gets frizzy in a situation like that. Come on, considering her beauty and magnetism, who cares if her hair is absolutely perfect? LOL. I like the overall look they were going for, and love the dress.
